Module 09 · Launch preparation
Launch materials and test-period checklists
Pack your launch backpack: a clear two-day plan, first materials, and the numbers to watch during week one. You will not have to invent a starting point or wonder what you missed.
01
A launch backpack instead of a blank page
Everything for your first test is laid out in order: prepare the route and materials first, then start traffic and watch one consistent set of signals.
Do not wait for perfect readiness. The goal of the first two days is a working, measurable launch—not a perfect funnel.
02
Day 1: prepare
Do only what the test needs to be clear and measurable. Tick items off; progress is saved in this browser.
Before creating your first asset, read the detailed product guide.
03
Day 2: launch
Keep the first release simple. Give people several clear entry points, then record the first observations.
04
Ready materials for your first funnel
Use one format at a time. Every material has one job: create interest, give context, or lead to the next action.
Keep the channel description short and compelling, without overload. Pin a clear newcomer path first.
- Welcome post: “You are here because you are looking for a tool that helps you assess the market quickly.”
- One or two posts about you: who you are and why you run the channel.
- Day 1: “The tool worth starting with.”
- Day 2: a screenshot or video walkthrough of a situation.
- Day 3: a voice note: “What I think about the market right now.”
Use a simple formula: hook → emotion → prompt → action. Do not promise income or call a trade risk-free.
- “Guess where the price will go in 30 seconds.”
- “A 30-second breakdown: what does the chart show?”
- “Not a trader, but I tried this — +$12. Checked it, then left.”
- Prompt: “Want to try it? I pinned the instructions in the bot.”
Use one readable question and one next step. Before publishing, check current bonus terms and platform rules.
- “The chart froze. What happens next?”
- “30 seconds. One idea. Test a hypothesis.”
- “A bonus for the first entry” — only when the condition is confirmed for the correct GEO and platform.
- Formats: 1200×628 for teasers and Facebook, vertical for Reels and Stories, and a carousel for education.
05
Examples of launch bundles
These are reference points for a first test, not outcome promises. Do not carry the figures into your launch: GEO, creative, journey, and conditions change.
| Source | Funnel | Result after 7 days |
|---|---|---|
| TikTok | Video → Telegram bot | 5 FTDs, 18 registrations, 9 RDs |
| Push traffic · RichAds | Teaser → quiz → channel | 3 FTDs, 1 RD, ROI about 120% |
| YouTube Live | Stream → Telegram | 6 FTDs, 1 RD, first deposit $600 |
| Facebook Ads | Lead form → bot → automated messages | 7 FTDs, 2 RDs, ROI 140% |
These bundles come from partner practice and learning materials on content and conversion. Before scaling, confirm the result in a second comparable test.
06
What to track during week one
Look at the complete journey, not views alone. If data is still scarce, save qualitative signals—they will suggest the next question to test.
Clicks → registrations
Check where people get lost: in the creative, at the link, or after the click.
FTD conversion
For a start, one FTD per ten registrations can be a usable first reference point, but compare only like-for-like sources and periods.
Behaviour
Who returned, wrote, subscribed, or stopped responding—and at what step.
Cohorts and RD
See how many early users made a repeat deposit and how many days it took.
Channel or bot activity
Record replies, button clicks, read-throughs, and recurring questions.
Reflection
Save a short explanation: “Why did this work?” and “What would have caught my attention?”
07
How to build momentum during a test
In the first days, personal, useful contact usually matters more than adding another funnel complication.
- Reply personally to the first leads, especially in Telegram.
- Add a voice note or reaction when it helps explain the next step and does not imitate someone else’s experience.
- Build a mini-bot with 3–5 warm-up messages: value → example → answer to a question → CTA.
- Ultrade is a promotion that can include a risk-free trade under its terms; it is not an income promise. Mention it only when the promotion is active for the relevant GEO and its terms are shown to the user.
- Record short real-life reactions—it helps people see a channel author, not only a chart.
08
Easy mistakes to avoid
A first test can be uneven—that is normal. Do not confuse a quick launch with a chaotic one.
An overly complex scheme
Start with one source, one link, and one clear sequence of materials.
A direct link with no context
Give someone a reason to click first: a question, walkthrough, resource, or short explanation of the next step.
Waiting for the perfect moment
The first launch is always a draft. Launch with a risk limit and improve from observations.
Ignoring statistics
At least once a day, record clicks, registrations, FTDs, and one qualitative signal.
09
Save your first-test card
Fill in four fields. The card does not create a link or replace dashboard statistics—it keeps hypotheses separate and makes them easy to revisit after seven days.
